Do you have a return policy?

We do allow returns, but with a few caveats. The pedal must be returned within 14 days of receiving the pedal and still in new condition (no scratches, no chips, no velcro, etc.). The customer will be responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping costs and Paypal or Stripe fees (which will be deducted from the refund). If you think there may be a chance you will want to return your pedal, we recommend you order through our Reverb store rather than our website. If you order through Reverb and initiate a return, there will be no Paypal or Stripe fees that you will be responsible for.

I submitted an order, but decided I want to cancel it. Can I cancel it if it hasn’t shipped yet?

Yes you can, but the refund you will receive will have the Paypal or Stripe fees deducted from it.

How fast is your shipping?

We try to ship out all orders within 3 days of the order, with many shipping the same day. Exceptions would be pre-orders, during big sales, or when we are out of town on vacation. In those cases, we will try to put notes on the product pages giving an idea of what the shipping times will be like. U.S. shipments typically arrive in 2-3 days after shipping. International shipments can vary widely depending on the destination and the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping via USPS Priority International. With any international shipments, the customer will be responsible for any import customs or fees. The only exception is for Canadian customers who select the prepaid customs option during checkout.

What are the dimensions of your pedals?

All our currently in production pedals use a standard 125B enclosure, which is the same size as most standard pedals (think standard JHS, Walrus, or BOSS pedals for reference). Those dimensions are 4.8″ x 2.64″ x 1.58″.
